Born in the Bronx and raised in White Plains, New York, Dr. Glover has spent the greater part of her adult life following her interests in science, health and improving life for the underserved.  

After graduating from Howard University with a BA in History, Dr. Glover worked at Essence Magazine and then as an Account Executive for Verizon. She followed her curiosity about medicine and ultimately attended SUNY Downstate College of Medicine and obtained a Master of Public Health from Columbia University's Mailman School of Public Health via the highly competitive Macy Scholars Program.

Currently Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Dr. Glover teaches psychopharmacology and aspects of psychotherapy to Internal Medicine and Family Medicine residents. She is the Director of Adult Behavioral Health for Montefiore Medical Group.  In this position, she guides a system-wide collaborative care based program and provides direct psychiatric care to medically and psychosocially complex patients at a primary care site in the Bronx. Dr. Glover has authored a peer-reviewed article on mental disorders in primary care, contributed to a textbook on psychiatric treatment in primary care and has extensive experience in psychopharmacology and substance abuse treatment. 

Dr. Glover has also contributed to various media outlets on a range of topics related to mental health and wellness.  She uses mindfulness-based techniques in both her psychiatry practice as well as her career coaching for women and professionals of color. 

Dr. Crighton joined the CEO Roundtable on Cancer and Project Data Sphere^® as the Chief Executive Officer in January 2020. He retired in 2019 after serving for 19 years as the Chief Medical Officer and head of the Global Health Organization for Prudential, Dr. Crighton oversaw health, safety, medical business consultation worldwide and led the Global Health Emergency Planning since 2006.

Dr. Crighton believes health and well-being encompass more than just an individual’s physical state. In his role at Prudential, he led the strategic transformation towards a more holistic view of health, including physical, emotional, social, spiritual, financial and cognitive well-being. He worked to develop measures that show the impact of the work environment on each aspect of well-being at individual and organizational levels.

Dr. Crighton measured the health impact of an insured population by race and developed solutions to mitigate the risk of disparate impact He has taken that approach to CEO Cancer Gold Standard and the work at the CEORT in an effort to positively impact health and well-being outcomes in a corporate and community environment.

Dr. Crighton currently serves on the board of The Health Project and the Advisory Board for the Carolyn C. Mattingly Mental Health Award in partnership with Johns Hopkins School of Public Health and the American Psychological Association.

Danielle R. Shanes is Senior Vice President and Head of Global Benefits & Wellbeing at the NBA, where she drives the organization’s benefits and well-being strategy with an emphasis on employee engagement. At the NBA, Danielle is a member of the Pride Employee Resource Team and the Women’s Network, where she facilitates coaching circles.

Outside of the NBA, she is a board member of the Northeast Business Group on Health and chair of the nominating committee. In her free time, she volunteers with organizations that feed people from food insecure homes, reads, plays strategy games, and is preparing her only child to go off and do great things at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. 

Cynthia Williamson has been with Ralph Lauren for eight years in the position of Senior Director, Benefits.  Cynthia is responsible for the research, design, planning, compliance, implementation, communication and administration of Health & Welfare and Retirement employee benefit plans for the US and Canada. Prior to working for this retail brand, she spent several years in the media industry with roles of progressive responsibility.

During her tenure with Ralph Lauren, Cynthia has also had responsibility for HR Operations, domestic relocation and has been the lead for several global benefit initiatives. Most recently, she has taken on responsibility for Global Mobility.

Dr. Cottonham is a licensed psychologist in California and serves as the Clinical Lead for Lyra Health’s DE&I initiatives. In this role, she manages quality and education for culturally responsive care in clinical practice and focuses on growing and maintaining the diversity of the provider network.

Dr. Cottonham received her doctorate from the University of Southern Mississippi and completed her internship at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System in New Orleans, Louisiana. She then received postdoctoral training at the San Francisco VA Health Care System specializing in PTSD and co-occurring substance use disorders with an emphasis on teaching and supervision, and moral injury among combat veterans. Her clinical and research expertise include: PTSD and co-occurring substance use disorders, race-based traumatic stress, and the impact of racial discrimination on mental health in the Black community, and culturally informed evidence-based practice.

Dr. Cottonham’s work is rooted in her experience as a Black woman who was born and raised in southern Louisiana. She has a passion for destigmatizing mental health in minority communities and providing safe spaces that promote connection, authenticity, and healing. 

In his current role, Dr. Michael Sokol focuses on enhancing the scope of Quantum Health’s comprehensive clinical services through a population health lens and demonstrating the impact on financial, clinical and humanistic outcomes as well as overall member experience.   

Dr. Sokol most recently served as Chief Medical Officer at WebMD Health Services where he designed and delivered health and wellness strategies and solutions to employers and health plans. He has previously held executive roles at Sanofi, Merck, GlaxoSmithKline and Medco Health Solutions where he focused on employee health and well-being, population health and disease management, value-based benefit design and healthcare quality improvement.  

Dr. Sokol is board-certified in public health and general preventive medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Preventive Medicine. He also holds an academic appointment as Assistant Clinical Professor at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City. He also serves on the editorial board of the journal Population Health Management and has published several papers in peer-reviewed medical literature. 

Shilpa oversees Kindbody's legal department, business development and strategic initiatives focusing on the company's rapid growth and industry partnerships.  With a unique background of representing health systems and hospitals, to serving in-house at a health plan and subsequently a mental health tech company, Shilpa’s broad perspective derived from each industry player is relied upon to generate holistic yet strategic outcomes. Shilpa joined Kindbody in 2018 as part of the Founding Team. She previously worked at Quartet Health,Oscar, Foley & Lardner, LLP, and Garfunkel Wild, PC.
