At bswift, Dave Firestone is responsible for bringing the voice of the customer to bswift’s strategy and technology roadmap. By studying and understanding market forces and trends, he works closely with the bswift leadership and product teams to inform it’s future strategic investments and developments. He is directly responsible for relationship growth of both new and existing customers, driving revenue across the firm. Since assuming his role as Chief Revenue Officer in 2014, bswift has enjoyed significant growth each year.

Prior to this role, Dave worked at Aetna for 20 years, serving in multiple leadership roles in the commercial and retiree businesses. Most notably, Dave led the strategy for the launch of Aetna’s Individual Medicare products and oversaw the execution and successful deployment to third-party exchange and retiree platforms. As a result, Aetna realized tremendous growth across the entire portfolio of retiree plans on third-party exchanges. Dave has experience in multiple product lines, including launching Aetna’s first small group HSA and HRA plans, first commercial individual plans and Medicare Advantage and Part D prescription drug plans. He has a B.S. from Penn State University, University Park.

Adam is responsible for Alight’s Healthcare Navigation Strategy and Delivery. Over the last decade, Adam’s teams at Compass (acquired by Alight in July 2018) built the leading Healthcare Consumer Navigation platform in the industry. With 2,000 clients and a Net Promoter Score of +85, Compass held the most logos in the Navigation space and maintained the highest experience score in the industry. Adam is focused on developing innovative healthcare strategies for the broader employer, government, and health plan space.

Prior to joining Alight, Adam served as the President at Compass Professional Health Services and was part of the original Compass team that developed the Health Pro model, provider data analytics model, and engagement platform that still form the infrastructure for the business.

Adam has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry and has earned a B.A. from Vanderbilt University and M.A. in Applied Econometrics from the University of North Carolina. Adam’s expertise includes employer healthcare strategies, health point solutions, digital health, healthcare navigation, clinical navigation, patient engagement, and the impact of Washington on the healthcare strategies of American employers.

With 20+ years of experience working for professional services firms, Sherri has acquired considerable knowledge and expertise in employee benefit strategy, health care delivery, benefits administration, and consumer engagement. She spent half her career as a health care consulting actuary, focused on creating new data-driven solutions and strategies to meet clients’ needs. After experiencing significant frustration in designing creative plans and programs that couldn’t be efficiently administered, Sherri transitioned to focus on end-to-end solutions, creating one of the first private exchange solutions. At Businessolver, Sherri is focused on driving innovation and outcomes to support the needs of clients, employees, and families. She is a graduate of Maryville University with a B.S. in actuarial science and holds an M.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis.   

Jill is the leader for Willis Towers Watson’s Health and Welfare Outsourcing business. She has more than 26 years of consulting experience in benefits administration and benefits delivery strategy.  Jill has held senior leadership roles since 2005.

Jill is responsible for the overall strategy and leadership of the Health and Welfare outsourcing business, which has seen steady and profitable growth throughout her tenure.  She is also responsible for the delivery and client satisfaction of our overall health and welfare outsourcing business.  Jill is influential in our product and technology strategy and works closely with our Health and Welfare Consultants to ensure we are offering our clients a holistic experience from developing a client-specific health strategy to successful delivery of that strategy leveraging the latest technology advancements.

Jill holds a B.A. degree in business administration with an emphasis in human resources administration and business communication from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Christine Bottiglia is Corporate Benefits Manager at PSEG in Newark, NJ. In this role, Christine and her team are responsible for directing the ongoing administration of PSEG and PSEG Long Island’s Health & Welfare and Retirement benefits.

Christine has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with the majority of that time dedicated to Employee Benefits, both on the plan sponsor side well as the service provider side. She previously held roles at Verizon as well as ACS (currently Conduent.)

Christine graduated from Rutgers College with a BA in Political Science and earned her CEBS designation in 2015. In her free time, Christine serves as Treasurer and Board Member of Jaime’s LILAC Foundation, Inc. a 501© in Staten Island, NY that provides support to patients undergoing cancer treatment.

Jared Lewis is Senior Director, Total Rewards at Curtiss-Wright, a diversified industrial company providing highly engineered products and services to the Aerospace, Defense, and Industrial Markets. With over 25 years of total rewards experience, Jared is responsible for the global strategy and administration of Curtiss-Wright’s compensation and benefits functions.  Prior to Curtiss-Wright, Jared oversaw the total rewards functions for other large corporations and managed outsourced benefits administration for many large and diverse clients.

Jared earned his B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Binghamton University and holds an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Matias Arias-Duval is director of health & wellness benefits and total rewards at Colgate-Palmolive Company where he is responsible for the development and implementation of the strategic direction of the company’s health and welfare benefits programs.

He began his career at Colgate-Palmolive Company in 1998 as a project leader in the global information technology group. In 2006 he joined the global HR service organization as a global benefit consultant responsible for the design, coordination and delivery of the Company’s benefits programs in the US and Puerto Rico. In 2011, his role expanded to also be responsible for the annual budget administration, employee communications, regulatory compliance, vendor management and analytics.  

He earned his System Engineer degree from the Universidad Abierta Interamericana in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Yolanda Vega is the Associate Director, Health and Welfare plans at Boehringer Ingelheim.  Yolanda has been managing employee benefits programs for over 20 years with 11 years in her current role at Boehringer.  Prior to joining BI Yolanda held various benefits roles in the corporate offices of Ann Taylor, Banco Popular and Barnes & Noble College Bookstores.

Yolanda earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the New York University.  She resides with her husband and two children in Milford, CT.
