Trudy McKanna
Trudy McKanna is a seasoned professional in the field of genetic counseling and medical affairs, currently serving as Senior Field Medical Director at GRAIL since October 2022. Prior to this role, Trudy held various significant positions at Natera for nearly nine years, including Senior Director of Medical Affairs and Director of Medical Education focusing on transplant and renal genetics. Earlier experiences include teaching at Michigan State University, supervising genetic counselors at Spectrum Health, and serving as President of the Michigan Association of Genetic Counselors. Trudy's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Genetic Counseling from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Biochemistry from Hope College.
