As Sr. Manager of Leave of Absence and ADA Benefits at Paramount Global, Monica oversees the leave process for all Paramount employees nationwide. Monica has extensive experience in human resources, leave of absence, and benefit administration. She partners with human resources, legal, payroll, tax colleagues, as well as service providers, to administer a rich benefit program and maintain a positive employee experience. Monica has an undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College in NYC.

Jim Jantz

Director of Compliance – Absence, Disability, and Life (ADL)

As an attorney and the Director of Compliance for the Absence, Disability, and Life practice at MarshMMA East (formerly Trion), Jim brings a dedicated focus to compliance within the ADL space. Jim is responsible for keeping the practice up to date with all federal, state, and local statutory disability and leave laws/regulations; while serving as the subject-matter expert on all regulatory issues faced by clients, practice leaders, and account teams. Jim has a wealth of experience and expertise from prior roles, such as his posts with two large and complex employers (ranked in the Fortune 150) where he managed LOA, PTO, short and long-term disability policies, among others. Jim received his undergraduate degree from Illinois Wesleyan University and his JD from the DePaul University College of Law.

Angela Eskandar

As Senior Consultant for MarshMMA East’s (formerly Trion) Absence, Disability & Life Practice, Angela consults on and manages Life, Disability and Leave program strategy and
implementation for large, national employers. In her role, Angela draws from her diverse background and 20 years’ insurance industry experience which includes posts with Met Life,
Quest Diagnostics, as an adjunct professor and as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, providing expert testimony at hundreds of Social Security Disability hearings. Angela has her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Binghamton University and an M.S. in Rehabilitation Counseling from Syracuse University.

Jim Reardon

Client Executive - Absence, Disability & Life Practice (ADL)

As Client Executive for MarshMMA East’s Absence, Disability & Life Practice (formerly Trion), Jim is responsible for managing all aspects of client relationship development in the large employer market. With posts in national accounts on the carrier side (Healthnet and UHC), benefit consulting and startups, Jim brings broad experience to his clients on life, disability and leave of absence / PTO strategy, as well as other employee benefit programs. Jim received his undergraduate degree from Williams College.
