Bob Restivo
As a 40-year veteran in employee benefits leadership within large companies, Bob brings vast experience in all respects. In his former role as Corporate Director at General Dynamics, Bob led a team responsible for developing benefit strategies and designs for over 100,000 employees. His responsibilities included vendor selection, vendor management, negotiations, and innovation leadership to ensure General Dynamics remained at the cutting edge. Bob is well-known for his insights on creating effective strategic visions for employee benefit programs. In addition to his benefits consulting efforts, Bob enjoys spending time with his family in Florida. He received his undergraduate degree from Southern Connecticut State University and his master's degree from the University of New Haven.
Jim Jantz
As an attorney and the Director of Compliance for the Absence, Disability, and Life practice at MarshMMA East (formerly Trion), Jim brings a dedicated focus to compliance within the ADL space. Jim is responsible for keeping the practice up to date with all federal, state, and local statutory disability and leave laws/regulations; while serving as the subject-matter expert on all regulatory issues faced by clients, practice leaders, and account teams. Jim has a wealth of experience and expertise from prior roles, such as his posts with two large and complex employers (ranked in the Fortune 150) where he managed LOA, PTO, short and long-term disability policies, among others. Jim received his undergraduate degree from Illinois Wesleyan University and his JD from the DePaul University College of Law.
Jim Reardon
As Client Executive for MarshMMA East’s Absence, Disability & Life Practice (formerly Trion), Jim is responsible for managing all aspects of client relationship development in the large employer market. With posts in national accounts on the carrier side (Healthnet and UHC), benefit consulting and startups, Jim brings broad experience to his clients on life, disability and leave of absence / PTO strategy, as well as other employee benefit programs. Jim received his undergraduate degree from Williams College.
