NEBGH aims to guide employers on supporting employees with cancer through education on prevention, screening, advances in treatment, clinical trials, health equity, psychosocial support, caregiving, survivorship, and end-of-life care. This guidance will include recommendations for benefit design, resources for addressing disparities, and practical tools like fact sheets and checklists to help employers provide targeted and compassionate support.
